      糖尿病足是糖尿病最严重的慢性并发症之一，严重者可导致截肢（趾）或死亡，是造成社会负担加重的重大卫生问题。甲病是糖尿病足溃疡发生发展的重要危险因素。2020年，中华护理学会糖尿病护理专业委员会制定了《糖尿病患者甲病护理的专家共识》，为临床护理人员的甲病护理工作提供了统一的规范和指导。本文将对《糖尿病患者甲病护理的专家共识》的制定背景及意义、共识的概述及特点、共识需关注的关键点及临床应用思考4个方面进行阐述，为了临床更好地实施相关护理工作提供依据。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Diabetic foot is one of the most serious complications of diabetes mellitus. In severe cases, it can lead to amputation (toe) or death, which is a major health problem that increases the burden on society. Nail Diseases are important risk factors for the development of diabetic foot ulcers. In 2020, the Diabetes Nursing Professional Committee of the Chinese Nursing Association formulated the "Expert Consensus on Diabetic Nail Diseases Care", which provides unified norms and guidance for clinical nurses' nail diseases care. This article will explain the background and significance of the formulation of the "Expert Consensus on Nursing Care of Nail Diseases in Diabetic Patients", the overview and characteristics of the Consensus, the key points of the Consensus, and the consideration of clinical application, in order to provide a basis for better clinical implementation of related nursing work.
