      世界卫生组织(World Health Organization, WHO)在2021年7月发布了最新版本的《关于HIV预防、检测、治疗、服务提供和监测的综合指南：公共卫生方法的建议》,该指南在WHO 2016年《关于使用抗反转录病毒药物治疗和预防HIV感染的综合指南：公共卫生方法的建议》的基础之上作了最新证据的更新,在HIV预防与治疗以外的多个视角均给出了最新的推荐意见。本文将主要从2021年新版指南的发布背景、HIV的预防、检测、诊断、抗病毒治疗(ART)、相关并发症和合并症的临床管理、服务提供及监测等方面的推荐意见进行要点解读,以期能让HIV防控相关领域的专业人员、组织以及HIV感染者群体更好地了解本指南核心内容,为进一步推进HIV防治工作、早日终结艾滋病流行提供参考。
英文摘要:
      The World Health Organization (WHO) has published the latest version of Consolidated Guidelines on HIV Prevention, Testing, Treatment, Service Delivery and Monitoring: Recommendations for a Public Health Approach in July 2021. The guidelines are an update of WHO’s Consolidated Guidelines on the Use of Antiretroviral Drugs for Treating and Preventing HIV Infection: Recommendations for a Public Health Approach (edition 2016),which present the latest recommendations, guidance, and good practice statements in the aspects of more than just prevention and treatment of HIV infection. The background of the guidelines (2021) and key points of the recommendations of HIV prevention, testing, diagnosis, ART, clinical management of HIV-related complications and comorbidities, service delivery and monitoring, as a reference for ending the AIDS epidemic, will be explained for better understanding among HIV professionals, organizations and people living with HIV/AIDS.
