      2022年中国老年医学学会老年内分泌代谢分会等在2018年《中国老年2型糖尿病诊疗措施专家共识》的基础之上,汇总了国内外老年糖尿病相关指南和研究成果,发布了具有重要实践意义的《中国老年2型糖尿病防治临床指南(2022年版)》,从老年糖尿病的现状、诊断、治疗、预防、管理等多个视角给出了最新的推荐意见,，为临床规范化实践提供有效帮助。本文主要从2022年新版指南的护理实践部分进行要点解读,为专科护理实践提供指导,提升老年糖尿病总体护理质量,改善中国老年2型糖尿病患者的临床结局。
英文摘要:
      On the basis of the 2018 expert consensus on diagnostic measures for elderly type 2 diabetes in China, the geriatric endocrine and metabolic branch of the Chinese Academy of geriatric medicine (China Geriatric Society) summarized relevant guidelines and research results at home and abroad, and published the Chinese geriatric clinical guideline for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes (2022) with important practical implications, from the current status, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of geriatric diabetes ，in order to provide effective help for clinical standardized practice. The latest recommendations are given from several perspectives, such as management, and this article is mainly interpreted with key points from the nursing practice section of the new version of the guideline, with a view to better understanding the focus of this section of the guideline and providing guidance to improve the overall management and prevention of diabetes in older adults and improve the clinical outcomes of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in China.
