中文摘要:
      目的 评价团体咨询活动对青年乳腺癌患者婚姻质量的影响。方法 对参加团体咨询活动的106例青年乳腺癌,在团体咨询活动前后采用 Olson 婚姻质量问卷中婚姻满意度、夫妻交流、性生活3个因子进行问卷调查。结果 参加团体咨询活动后患者婚姻满意度、夫妻交流、性生活因子均提高,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 团体咨询活动可改善青年乳腺癌患者因患病所致的心身创伤,提高其婚姻质量及社会支持。
