      目的 对行头皮静脉穿刺过程中可能引起的疼痛因素进行分析，寻找减轻婴儿疼痛，利于身心健康发展的穿刺体位。 方法 采用292例在门诊连续输液行头皮静脉穿刺的婴儿，分为实验组与对照组。自实验日起，单号输液者为实验组，采用分腿式平卧位行头皮静脉穿刺；双号输液者为对照组，采用传统平卧位，每例操作完毕及时记录当次来输液的陪护、穿刺体位、疼痛评分、所用的药物，分析两组引起婴儿穿刺时疼痛的因素。 结果 实验组与对照组婴儿疼痛评分比较t=-9.25，P＜0.05，有统计学意义；影响婴儿头皮静脉穿刺疼痛的多元线性回归分析表明，所用药物、分组、陪护对婴儿头皮静脉穿刺过程的疼痛程度有统计学意义，R2=0.25,F=33.39,P＜0.05。 结论 采用分腿式平卧位行婴儿头皮静脉输液，家属参与操作过程，婴儿有安全感，哭闹少，即降低婴儿头皮静脉穿刺疼痛感。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To analyze the factors that may cause pain in the scalp vein puncture process, and to find the puncture postural to reduce infant pain, and be conductive to its physical and mental development. Method: 292 cases of continuous infusion infant with scalp venous puncture in the outpatient service, are divided into two groups: the experimental and control group. Singular-day infusion is the experimental group with the use of sub-leg supine scalp vein puncture, Dual-day infusion the control group with the traditional supine position. After each operation, the infusion accompany, the infant body position , the pain score, as well as drugs would be recorded, final to analyze the factors caused pain between the two groups. Result: Through the two groups comparison, the infant scores of the experimental and control group, t=-9.25, P<0.05, is considered statistically significant; the infant scalp vein puncture pain of multiple linear regression analysis shows that factors such as the drugs, grouping, the accompany to the degree of pain on the infant, in the scalp vein puncture process, R2=0.25, F=33.39, P<0.05, is statistically significant. Conclusion: The use of sub-leg supine infant scalp venous infusion with the families involved in operation, the baby would feel more safe, less crying, finally reducing infant scalp vein puncture pain.
