中文摘要:
      目的 分析慢性粒细胞白血病患者生活质量的影响因素。方法 选择2012年7月-2012年12月就诊于瑞金医院慢性粒细胞白血病专病门诊的患者82例作为调查对象,采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织的癌症患者生命质量测定量表(EORTC -QLQ-C30)对其进行调查,使用SPSS18.0统计软件包进行t检验及单因素方差分析。结果 患病时间长短、教育程度、家庭收入、有无合并其他疾病史、有无职业、治疗方案对生活质量量表的某些领域有影响,差别具有统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05)。结论 慢性粒细胞白血病患者生活质量与患病时间、教育程度、家庭收入、有无合并其他疾病史、有无职业、治疗方案有密切关系,护士应有针对性的提供健康教育。
英文摘要:
      Objective Analysis of the factors affecting the quality of life in patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia. Methods 82 patients were selected in Chronic myelogenous leukemia clinic of our hospital from July 2012 to December 2012. They were evaluated by EORTC-QLQ-C30 questionnaire. SPSS18.0 software package was used for T test and one-way ANOVA . Results The duration of the disease, education, family income, complicated with other disease history or not, having occupation or not and treatment plan had effect on certain areas of quality of life . The difference had statistical significance(P＜0.05). Conclusion The quality of life of patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia have close relationship with the duration of the disease , education, family income, complicated with other disease history or not , having occupation or not, treatment plan, nurses should be targeted to provide health education.
