      目的 探讨腹茧症合并肠梗阻患者手术治疗的效果和护理要点。方法 对腹茧症合并肠梗阻的患者行手术治疗,通过患者的主诉和观察腹部症状了解手术效果。结果 患者行手术治疗恢复后不适消失,症状缓解。结论 手术是治疗腹茧症的有效方法。术前营养支持,患者指导术后活动,做好心理护理对腹茧症手术治疗效果具有积极意义。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the effect of surgical treatment of patients with abdominal cocoon complicated with intestinal obstruction and nursing points. Method Operative treatment was used to patients with abdominal cocoon complicated with intestinal obstruction. The curative effects were assessed by the patients’ complaints and observation of the abdominal symptoms. Result After operations, all the patients’ discomfort went away. Conclusion The surgical treatment is effective for patients with abdominal cocoon. The preoperative nutritional support, postoperative exercise guidance and psychological nursing are critical for the surgical treatment.
