      目的 了解产妇对新生儿抚触认知了解情况，为临床推广新生儿抚触提供参考。方法 采用自行设计的新生儿抚触认知调查表对165名妇产科住院产妇进行调查。结果 产妇对新生儿抚触有一定了解，主观认识到其重要性，但客观上对新生儿抚触相关认知缺乏深入了解，特别是新生儿抚触的益处。医院与网络是产妇获取新生儿认知的主要渠道。对新生儿抚触重要性认识、实施新生儿抚触的意愿对新生儿抚触认知水平影响具有统计学意义。结论 产妇通过多种途径对新生儿抚触认知有一定了解。其中医院利用宣传栏、音频播放、临床护士指导等多种形式对产妇进行抚触认知的健康宣教，是十分重要的宣传途径。医务人员应更注重对抚触益处的宣教，最终提高产妇新生儿抚触认知水平，促进抚触的实施。
英文摘要:
      Abstract: Objective To investigate the cognitive understanding level of infant massage, to provide advices for clinical neonatal touching promoting. Methods A self-designed questionnaire of cognitive infant massage was designed. 165 new mothers in clinical ward was concluded in this investigation. Results The new mothers had certain understanding of infant touching, and had subjective awareness of its importance, but relatively lacking knowledge in infant massage benefits. New mothers access those knowldge through internet and hospitals educationg. Awareness of the importance of infant massage, massage willingness to implement infant infants have significant impact on the cognitive level of infant touching. Conclusion New mothers have some understanding of infant massage through various channels. Medical personnel should pay more attention to the benefits of massage education, and improve maternal infant massage cognitive level, promoting the implementation of infant touching ultimately.
