      目的 探讨改良角尺在脊髓损伤患者体位护理中的应用和效果。方法 选择2009年11月-2012年6月在上海阳光康复中心住院的脊髓损伤体位性低血压患者70例随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组采用改良角尺渐进式升高床头进行体位护理,对照组采用传统方法进行体位护理,比较两组患者的自觉症状及血压下降的幅度。结果 两组患者的自觉症状及血压下降的幅度比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 采用改良角尺能在卧床患者体位变化过程中,根据患者的自觉症状及动态血压监测的数值随时调整床头高度,体现了个体性和灵活性的测量方法,减少了体位性低血压的发生,增强了患者的康复信心,提高了康复护理质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective Study the improved square application in spinal cord injury patient posture nursing and observe the result. Methods Select 70 patients with spinal cord injury and postural hypotension hospitalizing in Shanghai Sunshine Rehabilitation Center from November 2009 to June 2012 and randomly divided these patients into experimental group and control group, the experimental group adopted improved square gradual increase bed method of posture nursing and the control group adopted traditional method of posture nursing, compared the patient subjective symptom and blood pressure decline range of these two groups. Results Compared the decline range of the subjective symptoms and blood pressure of two groups patients the difference has statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Improved square can timely adjust the bed height according to patient’s subjective symptoms and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring data during the bed patient posture change process. And this embodies the individuality and flexibility measurement method. Reduce postural hypotension occurrence, strengthen patient recovery confidence, and improve recovery nursing quality.
