      目的 探讨达芬奇机器人辅助腹腔镜肾部分切除术的疗效及对护理的影响。方法 观察20例机器人辅助腹腔镜肾部分切除术患者与20例开放性肾部分切除术患者手术时间、出血量、肠道功能恢复时间、引流管拔除时间、导尿管拔除时间、下床活动时间、术后住院天数等,以及对护理的影响,再进行比较和统计学分析。结果 机器人组在肠道功能恢复时间、引流管拔除时间、导尿管拔除时间、下床活动时间、术后住院天数方面均优于开放手术组。结论 机器人辅助腹腔镜肾部分切除术是一种手术创伤小、术后恢复快的新技术,有利于降低术后护理难度,提高护理效率。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the outcome and effects of da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy and nursing. Methods 20 patients treated with da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy; 20 patients treated with traditional open surgery. The operative time, the blood loss, the recovery of bowel function, time to drainage tube removal, time to urinary catheter removal, ambulation time and postoperative hospital stay days were evaluated. The effects of two operations on the nursing were assessed and statistic analyzed. Results The recovery of bowel function, time to drainage tube removal, time to urinary catheter removal, ambulation time and postoperative hospital stay days in the da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy group were better than the open group. Conclusion da Vinci robot-assisted laparoscopic partial nephrectomy is a new medical treatment because of its less invasion and rapid postoperative recovery and can reduce the difficulty of nursing care and improve the quality and efficiency of nursing care.
