中文摘要:

目的探讨造口粉、标准敷料联合一件式造口袋在大便失禁患者中肛周皮肤保护的效果。方法选择2013年3月～2014年3月神经内科收治的46例大便失禁致肛周刺激性皮炎的患者，采用造口粉、标准敷料联合一件式造口袋收集粪便以保护和治疗肛周皮肤，每3d揭除标准敷料和造口袋观察。结果 44例患者使用后有效，1例危重临终脑出血患者使用后无效，1例脊髓炎患者排便不规律，突然间断排成形便，无法将粪便收集，为无效。结论造口粉、标准敷料联合一件式造口袋能预防治疗肛周皮肤损伤，促进肛周刺激性皮炎的愈合，减少患者痛苦，减轻护理工作量，效果满意，值得推广。

英文摘要:

Objective To explore the protection effect of Stoma powder, standard dressings together with one-piece ostomy bag in the Ⅱdegree and above perianal irritant dermatitis caused by fecal incontinence. Methods 68 cases charged in department of neurology between March 2013 and December 2013 with Ⅱdegree and above perianal irritant dermatitis, 36 cases in experimental group and 32 cases in control group. Stoma powder, standard dressings together with one-piece ostomy bag were used in experiment group, and the zinc oxide oil in control group. The outcome event were therapeutic effect and average nursing days. Results The treatment effects in experimental group with degree Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ perianal irritant dermatitis was better than control group (p < 0.05); and the average nursing day was less than the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion Stoma powder, standard dressings combined with one-piece ostomy bag can prevent from skin damage, relsease pain and promote the healing in patients with irritant dermatitis and reduce nursing workload, it is worth promoting.
