      目的 了解上海市二级医院护士压疮护理专业知识水平,以及探索护士获得压疮知识的渠道。方法 利用自行设计的临床压疮预防知识调查表对三家二级综合型医院的272名护士进行现况调查,了解二级医院护士压疮专业知识水平。结果 二级医院护士压疮专业知识有待提高,272名护士压疮专业知识每题平均得分为0.65±0.08；不同年龄段、职称、职务、工作年限、科室的护士群体其压疮专业知识掌握程度不同,p＜0.05,存在统计学差异。护士获取压疮护理知识的来源有限,临床经验积累、医院培训、在校学习为护士获得压疮知识的主要渠道。结论 应加强对二级医院护士压疮护理相关知识的培训,进一步拓展护士获取知识的途径,可采取多渠道培训方式提高二级医院护士压疮专业知识掌握程度。
英文摘要:
      Objective To understand the level of the nurses’ knowledge about pressure ulcer caring from secondary hospital in Shanghai ,and explore the ways to get knowledge for nurses. Methods We used the self-designed questionnaire of clinical pressure ulcers prevention knowledge to investigate 272 nurses from three secondary hospitals ,in order to understand the level of the nurses’ pressure ulcer knowledge from secondary hospitals. Results the level of the nurses’ pressure ulcer knowledge from secondary hospitals needed to be improve , 272 nurses scored an average of 0.65±0.08 for each question。There was a statistically difference among nurses of different ages, professional titles ,duties ,working years and departments about the professional knowledge of pressure ulcer (p < 0.05).The way for nurses to get knowledge of pressure ulcer was limited. Three main ways to get knowledge of pressure ulcer for nurses were accumulation of clinical experience, hospital training and learning in school. Conclusion we should strengthen the pressure ulcer care related knowledge training for secondary hospital nurses, further expand its access to knowledge, and nurse can adopt multi-channel training methods to improve professional knowledge of pressure ulcer 。
