      目的 了解护生对待死亡及临终关怀的态度,为护理专业开展关于死亡及临终关怀教育提供依据。 方法 对228名本科护生及291名专科护生进行对待死亡及临终关怀态度的问卷调查。 结果 护生对个人、患者死亡及濒死态度均不如医护人员积极,但对临终关怀照护态度更为积极。本科护生对个人死亡及濒死态度较专科护生积极,但对临终关怀照护态度、医院目前临终关怀现状认识更为消极。24.8%的护生认为自己了解临终关知识,82.5%的护生认为自己有必要学习临终关怀知识。结论 护生对待死亡及临终关怀的态度不能适应临终关怀服务的需求,对护生加强死亡及临终关怀教育是必要可行的。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the attitude of nursing students to death and hospice care for improving nursing education. Methods Questionnaire survey on 228 nursing bachelor students and 291nursing diploma students of the attitude to death and hospice care. Results Compared to the medical staffs, the nursing students were more negative for personal and patients’ dying and death,but more positive for hospice care. Further the comparison between nursing bachelor students and diploma students, the bachelor students were more positive for personal dying and death. But they were more negative for hospice care and recognition on hospitals’ present hospice care condition. Besides, 24.8% of nursing students viewed themselves knowing about hospice care and 82.5% needing hospice care education. Conclusion The attitude of nursing students to death and hospice care is not qualified for hospice care service. Thus hospice care education is urgent in nursing schools.
