分叶状肿瘤是乳腺肿瘤中罕见的类型,约占所有乳腺肿瘤的1%。恶性的乳腺分叶状肿瘤即乳腺分叶状肉瘤，常表现为乳房肿块持续生长。当肿块逐渐变大，会使表面皮肤变薄，皮下可见到血管，甚至出现肿块破溃。手术切除是其主要的治疗方法。本科收治一名年轻恶性乳腺分叶状肿瘤复发的患者，肿块表面皮肤破溃，并持续少量渗血，术前肿块突然脱落，导致伤口大出血，经历抢救。出院后局部伤口愈合欠佳，近腋窝处瘢痕裂开，再次入院行胸壁清创术，现将护理体会报告如下.

英文摘要:

Phyllodes tumour of breast is a rare kind of breast cancer, and it accounts about 1% of all the breast tumors. The malignant type can also be called phyllodes sarcoma of breast, which characterizes the growth of tumor.When the tumor gets larger, the skin of the tumor will be so thin that the capillary vessel can be seen, even appears ulceration. This article reports the nursing process of a young patient who suffers phyllodes tumour of breast and before surgery who experiences emergency.After hospital discharge, because of poor wound healing, she underwent readmission.Now this is the nursing report.
