中文摘要:
      目的 总结运用个案追踪法在妇产科优质护理质量评价中的应用，为妇产科优质护理持续性改进提供依据。方法 2014年采用个案追踪法联合传统的质控检查模式，与2013年传统的质控检查法比较，评价妇产科优质护理质量及患者满意度。结果 个案追踪法联合传统质控检查模式的妇产科优质护理质量及患者满意度得分，均高于传统的质控检查方法，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论 利用个案追踪法评估妇产科优质护理质量科学、规范，使护理管理者更注重于结构和过程控制，对优质护理的持续性改进有一定促进作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective: Summarize the application of case tracking method in gynecology and obstetrics nursing quality evaluation, so that provide basis for continuous improvement quality in gynecology and obstetrics care. Methods: Compare the effect of case tracking method and original quality control method in obstetrics and gynecology quality care quality and patient satisfaction. Outcomes: Case tracking method combined original quality control method can improve the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction in gynecology and obstetrics care，the difference between 2013 and 2014 is statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Using a case tracking method to evaluate the quality of obstetrics and gynecology nursing quality is scientific and standardized, it makes nursing managers pay more attention to the structure and process control, and promote continuous improvement of quality in nursing care.
