      目的 通过肩关节锻炼操对肩关节周围炎患者松解手法前后进行干预,探讨其对疗效的影响。 方法 将104例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各52例。实验组在松解手法前后予以观看肩关节锻炼操视频并进行学习,对照组实行常规健康教育,采用肩关节周围炎疗效评定量表问卷作为评估工具,对两组患者在入院时与出院前1天进行比较分析。 结果 入院时实验组与对照组量表评分无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出院前1天,实验组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05). 结论 肩关节锻炼操显著减轻肩关节周围炎患者疼痛,改善肩关节功能,促进患者早日康复。
英文摘要:
      Objective Through the use of video mission around the shoulder joint inflammation patients before and after the release technique to intervene, discuss the influence on curative effect. Methods 104 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group (n = 52). Experimental group before and after the release technique to watch the video data (including disease knowledge, the interpretation of music intervention, functional exercise demonstration) implement education guidance, control group with routine health education, around the shoulder joint inflammation curative effect rating scale questionnaire as assessment tool, the two groups of patients with 1 days before admission and discharge for comparative analysis. Results No obvious difference was found between the experimental group and control group scale score on admission, no statistical significance (P > 0.05). 1 day before discharge, the experimental group compared with control group with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Video mission can significantly reduce around shoulder joint inflammation in patients with anxiety, reduce pain, improve the function of shoulder joint, improve the effect of health education.
