      目的 探讨超声中药熏洗对肛门术后患者创面愈合的临床疗效。方法 选取2013年7月-2014年9月收治于青浦区肛肠科行肛门疾病手术的患者120例,按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组各60例,实验组采用超声中药熏洗,每天1次,每次15min,连续10d。对照组采用传统盆蹲式中药熏洗,频率与时间同实验组,比较两组患者的创面愈合情况。结果 实验组在创面愈合效果、愈合时间等方面总有效率为96.7%,对照组为86.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05) 结论 采用超声中药熏洗能明显缩短创面愈合时间,提高患者的满意度,有利于患者的康复。
英文摘要:
      Purpose: To explore the effect of using ultrasonic smouldering and washing with Chinese herbal medicine after anal operation. Way: First, pick up 120 patients as samples from the anorectal clinic of QingPu Hospital during July,2013 to September,2014. Second,divide the sample patients into two groups. One is the experimental group and the other is the comparison group. Third,we used ultrasonic smouldering and washing with Chinese herbal medicine in the experimental group. Meanwhile,we used the traditional way in the comparison group.The frequency and the time used in the two groups were the same.Fourth,we compared the wound recovery effect of the two groups.Results: The experimental group had the 96.7%of the total effect in wound recovery and used less time in the process of recovery.The comparison group had the 86.7%.The comparison between the two groups has the practical meanings in Statistics. Conclusion: Using ultrasonic smouldering and washing with Chinese herbal medicine after anal operation can obviously shorten the time of wound recovery , improve the patients’ satisfaction and thus be useful to the total recovery of the patients.
