| 【】 目的 探讨中心静脉导管行胸腔闭式引流两种固定方法比较。方法 将120例中心静脉导管行胸腔闭式引流管的患者按放置引流管的单日和双日分为试验组和对照组各60例。对照组60例,穿刺处常规消毒后覆盖3M(尺寸10cm×12cm)透明敷贴,单腔中心静脉导管侧翼处用3M(尺寸6cm×7cm)透明敷贴固定;试验组60例,穿刺处常规消毒后,用两张3M(尺寸6cm×7cm)透明敷贴对折后分别一半贴在导管所在皮肤的两侧,一半两张敷贴的对贴使导管在两张敷贴的中间,单腔中心静脉导管侧翼处用3M胶布固定；比较2组患者的引流管固定效果及患者的舒适影响度、脱管率、经济效益、住院时间。结果 观察组患者的胶布松动率、引流管脱出率分别为20.0％、3.3％;明显低于对照组58.3％、15％,观察组患者担心引流管脱出率、导管费用,分别为30％ ,320±28.59元明显低于对照组的60％、860±57.19元, (均P＜0.05),两组患者贴膜舒适度比较,观察组优于对照组。住院时间明显缩短。结论 两张3M透明敷贴对折后分别贴在导管的两侧优于穿刺处直接覆盖3M透明敷贴。 |

| Objective To explore the difference of two fixed methods for the central venous catheter in closed thoracic drainage. Methods 120 patients with central venous catheter for closed thoracic drainage randomly divided into the test group and control group with 60 per group.In control group, the puncture point was covered with 3M (size 10cm * 12cm) transparent application, The central venous catheter flanking was also fixed with 3M(size 6cm * 7cm) transparent application. While in the test group of 60 cases, the puncture point after routine disinfection, was fixed with two 3M (size 6cm * 7cm) transparent applications. Two pieces of applications were folded respectively. Half of application attached to the skin around the puncture point, the other half of application fixed to the catheter. The fixed effect and comfort degree, decannulation rate, hospitalization time and economic benefits were compared btween the two groups.Results In the test group, the tape loosening rate(), drainage tube removal rate were lower than that in the control group(20% and 3.3% vs 58.3% and 15%). The test group patients in worry about drainage tube removal rate, cost of catheter were 30%, 320±28.59 yuan was significantly lower than the control group 60%, 860±57.19 yuan, ( P < 0.05). The comfort degree in the test group was better than that in control group. The hospitalization time was shortened obviously. ConclusionTwo 3M transparent dressing paste folded respectively attached on the sides of the duct is obviously better than the direct coverage of 3M transparent dressing paste |
