目的探讨围手术期康复护理对老年患者人工关节置换术后康复的影响。方法选择2013年1月–2014年12月在我院骨科住院实施了人工髋关节置换的60例老年患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，各30例。对照组实施传统的骨科常规护理，实验组在骨科常规护理基础上予以围手术期康复护理。分别在术前和术后两周对两组患者采用 Harris 髋关节功能评分，观察患者髋关节功能恢复和患肢肿胀情况。结果实验组患者术后两周的Harris 评分、髋关节功能恢复和患肢肿胀度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05)。结论通过对人工关节置换术后的老年患者实施围手术期康复护理，使患者在术后两周的髋关节的功能恢复得到显著提高。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative rehabilitation nursing on rehabilitation of elderly patients after artificial joint replacement. Methods From January 2013 to December 2014, 60 elderly patients with artificial hip replacement were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group. In the control group, the conventional Department of orthopedics nursing, and the experimental group were given perioperative rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Hip score was used in the two groups before and after surgery, and the functional recovery of the hip joint and the swelling of the affected limb were observed in the patients with Harris. Results In the experimental group, the Harris score, the recovery of hip function and the swelling of the affected limb were better than those in the control group at 2 weeks after operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing of the elderly patients after artificial joint replacement surgery, the recovery of the function of the hip joint after 2 weeks of surgery has been significantly improved.
