      ［］ 目的：探讨天灸疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效及总结护理方法。方法：将360例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各180例,对照组采用常规治疗方法,包括药物治疗和脱敏治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的同时,采用天灸疗法治疗,并给予相应的护理。比较两组患者治疗有效率及复发率。结果：治疗组治疗总有效率为95％,对照组为71.1％；治疗组复发率为28.9％,对照组为83.3％；两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P＜0.01)。结论：天灸疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎,并配合做好护理工作,能有效缓解患者临床症状,减少复发,提高疗效,且性别、年龄、病程及天灸治疗史对天灸疗法治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效影响不大。
英文摘要:
      ［］ Objective： try to explore the therapeutic effect of Auto-moxibustion treatment on allergic rhinitis and its care methods. Methods： 360 patients who had allergic rhinitis were randomly allocated to treatment group and control group, with each group having 180 patients. The patients in control group were treated with normal treatment, inclusive of drug treatment and desensitizing treatment. The patients in treatment group are subject to normal treatment and Auto-moxibustion treatment simultaneously. Results： the overall response rates of patients in treatment group and control group were 95% and 71.1% respectively, and the recurrence rates of patients in treatment group and control group were 28.9% and 83.3%; There were statistically significant differences between two groups (p<0.01). Conclusion： Auto-moxibustion Treatment, combined with community care can effectively alleviate the symptoms of the Allergic Rhinitis and reduce the recurrence rates, and gender, age, disease course and history of Auto-moxibustion Treatment, had no impact on the therapeutic effect of this treatment.
