中文摘要:

目的探讨图文式健康教育对接受胃镜检查患者的心理干预作用。方法选择2013年2月～2015年2月在上海中医药大学附属曙光医院行胃镜检查的患者240例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各120例,实验组在进行胃镜检查前实施图文式健康教育干预,对照组在检查前实施常规健康教育,比较两组在检查过程中的生理指标和主观感受。结果实验组在检查过程中舒张压心率的升高值、检查过程中的各主观感受的发生率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈 0.05)。结论图文式健康教育能够减少患者在应激状态下的不良反应,稳定患者的心理状态,有助于患者顺利完成胃镜的检查。
