      【】:[目的] 系统评价高能量密度配方奶喂养对先天性心脏病患儿能量摄入及体重增长影响。[方法] 计算机检索Cochrane Library、JBI循证护理中心图书馆、Nursing Consult、Registered Nurses Association of Ontario(RNAO)、EMbase、Pubmed、MEDLINE、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)数据库。纳入中英文发表的高能量密度配方奶喂养对先天性心脏病患儿能量摄入及体重增长的随机对照试验、类实验性研究、病例对照/队列研究。参考Cochrane Handbook和澳大利亚循证卫生保健中心(Joanna Briggs Institute,JBI)制定的文献质量评价标准评价文献质量,描述纳入人群的基本信息、配方奶能量密度状态、总能量摄入、体重增长及相关不良反应。[结果] 共纳入1项随机对照试验、2项自身前后对照试验和1项队列研究,共95例患儿。患儿月龄均小于12月,以法洛四联症和房室间隔缺损为主,配方奶能量密度范围为77-152 kcal/100ml,热卡摄入范围为73 -168 kcal/Kg/day,体重增长范围差异较大。 [结论] 增加配方奶的能量密度,可增加患儿热卡摄入量;而其对患儿体重增长及安全性有待进一步研究证实。
英文摘要:
      Objective To systematically evaluate energy intake and weight gain of infants with congenital heart disease feeding on high density formula. Method Randomized controlled trials, quasi-experimental studies, case-control studies, cohort studies were searched in the Cochrane Library, JBI Library and the databases of MEDLINE, EMbase, CBM and CNKI, and the publication language was limited to English and Chinese . The quality of included studies was evaluated according to Cochrane Hand book and Joanna Briggs Institute criteria, and the descriptive analysis was performed to analyze patients’ basic information、energy density of formula、patients’ energy intake and weight gain and related adverse reactions. Results One randomized controlled trial, two one-group pretest-posttest designs, one cohort study involving 95 patients were included. All participants were less than 12 months, major with tetralogy of Fallot and atrial/ventricle septal defect. The energy density of formula was in the range of 77-152 kcal/100ml ,caloric intake was in the range of 73 -168 kcal/Kg/day and Large differences in weight gain. Conclution Energy intake was increased on high density formula feeding to infants with congenital heart disease. Further studies on evaluating the effectiveness of high density formula on weight gain and its security are required.
