      【摘要】目的：了解乳腺癌术后带引流管出院患者对引流管护理相关知识的需求及关注程度，针对性地指导、帮助患者做好出院后引流管自我护理。方法：采用自制的调查问卷采用方便抽样的方法对2014年7月～10月，62例我院乳腺癌术后带引流管出院患者在出院前一天进行对引流管护理知识及需求的横断面调查。内容包括患者基本信息、置管对日常生活的影响程度及项目、护理知识的关注程度（引流装置护理和引流液观察2个维度）、一个开放性问题共20个条目，结果：对日常生活影响中表示会影响穿衣裤的患者比例最高；引流管是否通畅(3.10±0.900)和引流液性状(3.05±1.108)的关注度平均分得分最高；引流管是否会引起感染（2.50±1.127）和倾倒手法（2.15±1.213）关注度平均分最低。结论：引流管是否会引起感染和引流液倾倒手法等项目是出院带管患者宣教的重点，应尽早全面地加强宣教，提高患者对留置引流管的自我护理能力，减少术后并发症。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To understand the needs of knowledge of care of drainage tube for discharged breast cancer patients and to understand the extent of care for drainage tube so that targeted guidance of self-care of the drainage tube can be offered to the patients. Methods: A cross section survey was done between July 2014 and October 2014 among 62 patients with drainage tube with them one day before discharge. The survey was mainly focused on the care for the drainage tube, including patients basic information, the impact of the drainage tube on the daily life, the attention of the care of the drainage tube(the drainage tube system and the observation of drainage fluid and an open question of 20 lists. Results: it was most affected for the patients to wear clothes. Most attention was paid on patency degree of drainage tube(3.10±0.900) and the amount of the drainage fluid(3.05±1.108). Least attention was paid on the infection(2.50±1.127) and dumping technique(2.15±1.213) of the drainage tube. Conclusions: the emphasis of education for discharge patients with drainage tube should be paid on the infection and dumping technique of the drainage tube. Such education should be strengthened comprehensively as early as possible in order to improve the self care of the drainage tube and to reduce post-operative complications.
