      【】目的 探讨“品管圈”活动在提高护士心肺听诊质量的效果。 方法 成立“品管圈”,按品管圈活动的10个步骤对心脏科20名护士心肺听诊实施质量改进,并通过调查其改善前后的不良执行率、护士的体验、心肺听诊结果的准确率来评价活动的效果。结果 护士心肺听诊不良执行率降至30.40%,护士自我效能感评分、心肺听诊的准确率都有明显的提高。结论 “品冠圈”活动能够提高护士心肺听诊质量。

      【】Objective To improve the quality of the nurse’s cardiopneumatic auscultation. Methods We set up a team of quality control circle, using the 10 processes of QCC to improve the quality of the cardiopneumatic auscultation done by nurses in our cardio department. We observe the rate of adverse cardiopneumatic auscultation, the score of GSES and the accuracy of cardiopneumatic auscultation to assess the effect. Results The rate of adverse cardiopneumatic auscultation declined to 30.40%, the score of GSES and the accuracy of cardiopneumatic auscultation can be raised. Conclusion Quality control circle program can improve the quality of the cardiopneumatic auscultation done by nurses.
