      【】目的 调查并分析手术室护士核心能力现状,探讨手术室护士核心能力的影响因素,为护理管理者提供依据。方法 应用便利抽样的方法,选取江苏省18所医院手术室护士508人(南京市231名和苏州市277名)为研究对象,采用中国注册护士核心能力量表(CIRN)进行问卷调查。结果 手术室护士核心能力总分为(161.79±31.66)分,核心能力的影响因素为年龄、常上班次、参加外出培训、担任护理骨干(责任组长、带教老师、专科护士)。结论 手术室护士核心能力处于中等水平,护理管理者应根据影响因素,采取多种形式和方法,提高手术室护士核心能力。

      【】Objective To investigate the current status of core competency of operating room nurses in Jiangsu Province, discuss the influencing factors to provide evidence for continuing nursing education. Methods By convenience sampling, total 490 operating room nurses as the research objects in Jiangsu Province were investigated with Competence Inventory for Registered Nurse Scale. Results The total score of operating room nurse core competency was 161.79±31.66. The influencing factors of operating room nurse about core competency are age,attending the nursing department training,the frequency of work shift,served as responsible group leader,teacher nurse,specialty nurse.
