      【】目的 观察心理干预对脑出血后肢体偏瘫患者恢复期的作用。方法 将2013年2月—2014年12月在我院康复科住院治疗的90例脑出血后偏瘫患者分成两组：观察组45例,常规护理措施加心理干预。对照组45例,常规护理措施。结果 比较两组患者在出院时SAS 评分与SDS 评分,观察组明显低于对照组(P< 0.05)。结论 心理干预在脑出血后偏瘫患者恢复期起着至关重要的作用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To observe the psychological intervention on the rehabilitation of limb hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods Devide 90 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital rehabilitation wards in February 2013~December 2014 into two groups. The observation group included 45 cases, with conventional nursing measures and psychological intervention . The control group included 45 cases, with conventional nursing measures.Results Compare the SAS scores and SDS scores of the- two- group patients in the hospital, the scores of observation group were significantly lower than which of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage rehabilitation plays an important role.
