      目的 探讨白血病患者化疗后使用移动消毒层流罩的临床意义。方法 以73例化疗后的白血病患者进行对比，将37例使用移动消毒层流罩的白血病患者设为实验组，将36例使用普通病床的患者设为对照组，两组患者的护理措施相同，并严密观测病情变化，观察对比两组患者的各项数据。 结果 通过比较发现，实验组患者的血象恢复时间、继发感染例数、发热持续天数、抗生素使用天数、以及平均住院天数比对照组患者低，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 使用移动消毒层流罩能为白血病患者化疗后提供良好的保护环境，降低继发感染的发生率，加速患者恢复。
英文摘要:
      Objective Discussion on Leukemia patients after chemotherapy using mobile disinfection of clinical significance of laminar flow hood. Methods Based on 73 cases of Leukemia patients after chemotherapy compared, 37 cases of Leukemia patients using mobile disinfection of laminar flow hood is set to the experimental group, 36 cases of patients using an ordinary hospital bed, was for the control group, protective measures for the same in the two groups, and closely observing the condition changes, observe and compare the data between two groups. Results By comparison, experimental group patients with hematologic recovery time duration in days, number of secondary infections, fever, antibiotic use in days, and the average length of stay than patients in the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Mobile disinfection of leukemia after chemotherapy in patients with laminar flow hoods can provide a good protection of the environment, reduce the incidence of secondary infection, speed patient recovery.
