【】目的：探讨综合护理干预措施在早期预防性气管切开的胸部手术患者中的作用。方法：选择我科收治的31例行早期预防性气管切开的胸部手术患者作为观察组,对其实施综合护理干预；将以往收治我科的31例行早期预防性气管切开后采取常规护理的患者作为对照组,进行回顾性分析,研究对比两组患者的ICU天数、呼吸机使用率、镇静剂使用率、肺部感染发生率、平均气管切开天数及气管套管拔管成功率。结果：综合护理干预有效的降低早期预防性气管切开患者的监护室住院天数、呼吸机使用率、镇静剂使用率、肺部感染发生率、平均气管切开天数及气管套管拔管成功率(P﹤0.005)。结论：早期预防性气管切开患者需要从心理护理、病室环境、呼吸道的管理再到掌握吸痰的方法和技巧,以及堵管、拔管的指证,早期下床活动一系列综合护理干预措施从而进一步减少肺部并发症,提高患者的手术成功率和生存率。

【】Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with early preventive tracheotomy. Methods Select the 31 cases of early preventive tracheotomy in our hospital as the observation group, the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention; 31 cases of routine nursing care in our department were treated as control group. The number of patients, the number of ICU, the rate of use of ventilator, the incidence of pulmonary infection, the average number of days of tracheotomy and the success rate of tracheal tube were studied. Results: Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the number of days of hospitalization in patients with early preventive tracheotomy, ventilator usage, the use of sedative, pulmonary infection, the success rate of tracheal tube (P < 0.005). Conclusions : Early preventive trachea incision patients need from psychological nursing, the ward environment, respiratory tract management to grasp the methods and skills of sputum suction, and plugging, extubation testify early bed activities of a
