      【】 目的 探讨社区老年人预防跌倒意识行为现状。方法 应用汪春华设计的“老年住院患者预防跌倒意识行为问卷调查表”对北蔡镇4个居委 65-80岁265名社区老年人进行预防跌倒意识行为调查。结果48.86%老年人知晓所服药物可能会导致跌倒,48.56%知晓防范措施,74.62%自我有规律运动锻炼,35.23%外出或者活动时需陪伴,85.23%愿意积极配合掌握防范跌倒的相关知识,45.08%害怕跌倒。 结论 客观的了解社区老年人预防跌倒意识行为现状,推出社区老年人防跌倒干预措施与执行标准的管理方法。

      【】 Objective to investigate the status quo of prevention of falls in the elderly in the community. Methods using Wang Chunhua design "elderly inpatients fall prevention consciousness behavior questionnaire" to Beicai town four commissions 65-80 years 264 community elderly people of fall prevention consciousness behavior survey. Results 48.86% elderly people know that the drug may lead to falls, 48.56% awareness of preventive measures, 74.62% self regular exercise, 35.23% to go out or activities, 85.23% are willing to actively cooperate with relevant knowledge to prevent falls. Conclusion objectively understanding of the current situation of the prevention of falls among the elderly people in the community, resulting the introduction of the elderly people in the community to fall intervention measures and the implementation of standard management methods.
