      近年来冠心病的发病率逐年上升，而吸烟是冠心病的主要危险因素之一。调查发现，冠心病的吸烟患者年龄呈现年轻化，且文化程度越低，戒烟效果越差，同时对尼古丁的依赖程度也影响患者戒烟的毅力。进入新世纪，国家对吸烟的调控引起了相当的重视，在国内，有关吸烟的研究已初具规模，但针对于病房吸烟、专科吸烟宣传的相关文献较少，隶属于冠心病的吸烟健康宣教的报道鲜少看到。本文将通过了解影响冠心病患者戒烟依从性的因素，分析相关控烟对策，以期为临床创建“无烟病房”，有助于对吸烟的冠心病患者进行有效的健康宣教服务。
英文摘要:
      In recent years，the incidence of coronary heart disease（CHD） is increased year by year, and smoking is one of the primary risk factors of coronary heart disease.The survey found that the smoking patients of CHD has appeared younger age, and the lower level of culture, the effect of quit smoking is poorer, and dependence of nicotine also affect patients stop smoking.Entering the new century,he national regulation has caused considerable attention on smoking,in our country,studies of smoking has begun to take shape, but for ward、specialist smoking, the pertinent literature is less,belonging to the smoking health propaganda of CHD’s reports rarely seen.In this article, we will understand the situation of smoking patients with coronary heart disease and the influence factors of the quitting compliance, analyze the influence factor of smoking cessation,take countermeasures of tobacco control,to create a “Non-smoking room”in the hostipal and implement health education services to the smoking patients of CHD.
