目的 探讨使用前热水预充软化导尿管是否有助于降低尿管相关膀胱刺激症。方法 选择在我院进行尿动力学检查的女性患者60名,随机分为两组:常规组以及热水预处理组;常规组即会阴部消毒后,以石蜡油润滑一次性导尿管后,将导尿管插入尿道10cm;热水预处理组采用42℃无菌热水10ml以注射器抽取后注入导尿管,然后进行会阴部消毒,其余步骤同常规组。两组患者尿管留置约30分钟后拔除,观察患者导尿管拔出后1h小便时尿急、尿痛等尿道刺激症状,并以视觉模拟评分VAS记录患者尿痛情况。结果 所有患者均顺利完成试验,热水预处理组患者尿道刺激症发生率为33%,尿痛评分为2.3分,而常规组为76%,尿痛评分为5.2分。结论 一次性导尿管使用前热水预处理可以显著降低短时留置尿管相关的膀胱刺激症状。 |

objective To observe the effect of heating precondition of catheter on catheter-related bladder discomfort. Methods 60 female patients undergoing urine flow rate test were randomized into two groups. Patients in control group were inserted a lubricated catheter after perineum sterilize. Patients in heating group were inserted a lubricated and heated catheter after perineum sterilize. The catheter was remained 30 minutes in all patients before removed. The symptom such as frequent micturition, urgent micturition and urodynia were evaluated 1 hour after the catheter removed. Results All patients in two groups complete the study. The occurrence rate of catheter-related bladder discomfort was 33% in control group and 76% in heating group. The urodynia score was 2.3 and 5.2 respectively. Conclusion heating precondition of catheter before undergoing urine flow rate test attribute to reduce the catheter-related bladder discomfort. |
