中文摘要:
      目的： 探讨奥沙利铂化疗后直肠癌患者手足麻木症状的护理研究进展。方法： 文献结合工作经验汇总护理措施，分析中西医治疗护理方法及应用效果。结果：通过CNKI、万方、维普数据库检索，共筛选近5年内相关文献共计103篇。结论：西医疗法在预防直肠癌奥沙利铂化疗后患者手足麻木情况尚无特效方法，中医护理方法在治疗直肠癌奥沙利铂化疗后患者手足麻木症状有显著疗效。
英文摘要:
      Objective：To evaluate the progress on nursing of numbness symptoms of patients with rectal cancer after chemotherapy with oxaliplatin. Methods: Literature combination and summary of work experience, A analysis of nursing method and application effect of Chinese and Western medicine treatment. Results: By CNKI, Wan Fang, VIP database retrieval,. A total of 103 literatures were screened in the last 5 years.Results: Western medicine therapy in the prevention of colorectal cancer patients after chemotherapy with oxaliplatin deadlimb no special method, The method of TCM nursing in the treatment of rectal cancer patients after chemotherapy with oxaliplatin deadlimb symptoms have a significant effect.
