      目的：探讨手术室应用手术标准化护理方案后工作效率及护理质量的变化。方法：选择2014年4月~2015年4月期间(已实施手术标准化护理方案)我院手术室20名洗手护士作为研究组,选择2013年3月~2014年3月期间(未实施手术标准化护理方案)我院手术室20名洗手护士作为对照组。观察对比两组手术室工作效率及护理质量的变化。结果：研究组首台手术等待时间与连台手术间隔时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组知识熟练程度、全面评价、器械核对时间、洗手护士满意度、外科医生满意度等护理质量指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：手术标准化护理方案可以有效提高手术室的工作效率及护理质量,适于临床应用与推广。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To investigate the changes of working efficiency and nursing quality in the operation room after the application of standardized nursing program. Methods: 20 nurses in operation room in our hospital were selected from April 2014 to April 2015 (the standard nursing program) as the research group, and 20 nurses in operation room in our hospital during March 2013 to March 2014 were selected as control group. Observed the operation room work efficiency and quality of care of two groups . Results: the study group"s first operation waiting time and interval time of continuous operation were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The quality of knowledge in the study group was superior to that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: the operation standard nursing program can effectively improve the work efficiency and nursing quality of operation room, and is suitable for clinical application and promotion.
