| 品管圈活动在提高围产期产妇健康教育效果中的作用

摘要：目的 探讨实施品管圈活动对围产期产妇健康教育效果的影响。方法 成立品管圈活动小组，以2015年1月-3月收治我院产科病房的产妇277例为对照组，通过开展品管圈活动，对围产期产妇健康教育内容及方式中存在的问题进行调查分析，拟定整改措施；选取2015年6月-8月收治的产妇283例为干预组，比较开展品管圈活动前后两组产妇健康教育效果。结果 品管圈活动后，与对照组比较，产妇对围产期健康教育知识的知晓度 、纯母乳喂养率、新生儿护理技能均明显提高（P 均<0.01)；早吸吮成功率也明显提高（P <0.05)。结论 通过品管圈活动，规范了健康教育内容，改善了健康教育流程与模式，增加了产妇易于掌握的健康教育方式，强化了护士专科护理能力，有效促进产妇对健康知识的掌握，提高了护理满意度。

Abstract: Objective To explore the implementation of quality management circle activity of the perinatal maternal health education effect.Methods Set up quality control circle activity group, 277 cases of maternal in from January to March 2015 in the maternity ward of our hospital as a control group;Establish improve perinatal maternal health education awareness for the theme of the event, to analyze the factors affecting the effect of health education, formulate measures,And 283 patients from June to August 2015 were enrolled in the observation group(after the QCC activity);Compare to carry out quality control circle activity before and after the two groups of maternal health education effect.Results After the QCC activities, Compared with control group,the awareness of the perinatal health education、 Exclusive breastfeeding 、 Newborn care skill were all significantly improved（P <0.01)； Early sucking effective aspects was improved(P < 0.05).Conclusion Through the QCC technique, Regulated health education content, to improve the health education process and pattern, Easy to master increased maternal health education mode ，strengthening nurse nurse ability, effectively promote maternal mastery of health knowledge, improve the nursing satisfaction
