      摘 要 目的 探讨协同护理模式( CCM) 对上睑下垂手术患者用药依从性的影响 。 材料与方法 将80例行改良 Fasanella- Servat 法上睑下垂矫正术手术患者随 机分为观察组和协同组各40 例，观察组实施常规护理，协同组采用 CCM 实施为期 3 个月的护理，干预前、干预后1个月、2个月、3个月比较两组病人的用药依从性。 结果 应用协同护理模式的协同组病人的用药依从性均优于应用常规护理模式的观察组( P＜0.05) 。 结论 能协同护理模式有效提高上睑下垂手术患者用药依从性从而减少并发症的产生。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effects of the collaboration care model(CCM) for post-operation patients’ drug treatment compliance and complication with ptosis. Methods Totally 80 ptosis patients, having modified Fasanella-Servat operation, were randomly selected and divided equally into control group and CCM group. The patients in control group had routine nursing, while patients in CCM group had nursing in collaboration care model 3 months. The patients were investigated with drug treatment compliance and complications, before and after operation 1 month, 2 month and 3 month. Result After 3 months intervention, the value of drug treatment compliance in CCM group was higher than in control group(P<0.05), and the incidence of complications was lower(P<0.05). Conclusion The collaboration care model can significantly improve drug treatment compliance and reduce the incidence of complications of post-operation patients with ptosis.
