      【】目的 探讨以呼吸康复训练及气雾剂的规范使用为干预管理重点的延续护理实践对改善COPD缓解期患者的肺功能及生存质量的作用。方法 选择COPD缓解期住院患者65例,针对呼吸康复训练及气雾剂的规范使用方面存在的问题,制定相应的个性化出院管理计划,由专科护士及社区护士帮助患者落实护理计划,观察周期为6个月,分别用气雾剂使用评分表、肺功能相关指标(FEV1、FEV1/FVC%)、圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)进行干预前后效果评价。 结果 出院前1天及出院后6个月后气雾剂的规范使用干预后有改善(P<0.01),FEV1、FEV1/FVC%及圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)干预前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 以呼吸康复训练及气雾剂的规范使用为干预管理重点的延续护理能提高患者依从性,延缓肺功能持续下降,改善患者生存质量。
英文摘要:
      Obective To investigate the application of continuing nursing care, using respiratory rehabilitation training combined with the standard use of aerosols as the key of the intervention management, in patients with COPD during the period of respiratory in order to improve the patients" pulmonary function and the quality of life. Methods A total of 65 patitents with COPD in remission stage in our hospital were selected. We develop personalized pulmonary rehabilitation and regulation the use of aerosol continuing nursing care plan for the patient. Specialist nurses and community nurses help patients implement the nursing plan. Observation period of 6 months, respectively with aerosol using scale, pulmonary function (FEV1, FEV1 / FVC%), St. George"s Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) were used to evaluate the effects. Results Discharged 1 day before and after discharge from the hospital 6 months after the standard use of aerosol has improved (P < 0.01), FEV1, FEV1 / FVC% and St. George"s Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) before and after the intervention, the difference has statistical significance (P < 0.01). Conclusions Using respiratory rehabilitation training combined with the standard use of aerosols as the key of the intervention management, it can improve patients" compliance, delay the decline of lung function and improve the quality of life of patients.
