| 目的 电话回访白内障术后患者,通过电话回访了解白内障术后患者的用药及护理情况,并分析其效果。方法 选择600例2013年9月至 2014年8月上海市某3级甲等综合性医院眼科行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术的老年患者。在出院后采用自行设计的问卷,在术后3天、术后一周进行电话回访,并指导对眼药水使用时间及方法、眼睛防护、复诊时间知晓情况进行调查及统计分析。结果 术后一周较术后3天电话回访：患者对正确使用眼药水时间的掌握率(96.3% vs 91.5%)、正确使用眼药水方法的掌握率(79.3% vs 70.5%)、眼睛防护方法的正确率(72.0% vs 62.7%)、术后复诊时间正确率(66.3% vs 51.3%)均有提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。同时,年龄60-70岁之间的患者较大于70岁的患者掌握情况好(P<0.05),学历越高,眼药水使用掌握情况越好(P<0.05),城市人群较农村人群掌握情况好(P<0.05),但是男女不同性别之间无统计学差异(P＞0.05)。结论 电话回访有利于患者正确使用眼药水,提高患者良好的就医感受,有利于提高护士专业的能力。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of the telephone-visiting by learning the situation of eye drops using and eye nursing in patients after cataract surgery.
Methods From September 2013 to August 2014, 600 cases conducted by phacoemulsification and IOL implantation were chosen in Ophthalmology Department, Shanghai Grade III Class A Comprehensive Hospital. Using self-designed questionnaire, telephone-visitings were carried out in patients at 3 days or 1 week after surgery. The statistical analysis was conducted about the corrected time and methods of eye drops using, the methods of eye protection and the awareness of timely follow-up. Results Compared with 3 days after operation, the telephone-visiting at 1 week showed the increased rate of the master in eye drops using time(96.3% vs 91.5%), in eye drops methods (79.3% vs 70.5%), in eye protection methods (72.0% vs 62.7%) and in timely follow-up(66.3% vs 51.3%).The difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Meanwhile, patients with age between 60 and 70 years-old, the higher education level, living in the urban showed the better command of all kinds of methods about eye protection compared with those older than 70-years-old, the lower education level, living in the rural(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between male and female patients (P＞0.05). Conclusion The telephone-visiting helps patients use the eye drops correctly, improve patients' feeling experience of medical treatment, and helps improve practical ability of nurses. |
