      目的 观察自制远红外保护套在预防患者足部压疮预防中的效果及对患者睡眠状况的影响。方法 把符合纳入标准的80例患者随机分成两组,对照组40例,观察组40例。对照组患者采用常规的皮肤护理,观察组患者除常规皮肤护理运用自制远红外保护套,观察两组患者足部压疮的发生率及睡眠状况。结果 对照组压疮发生率为20％；观察组压疮发生率为7.5％。对照组患者睡眠状况在住院期间未有任何改善,观察组患者睡眠状况在运用远红外保护套后改善明显。结论 自制远红外保护套有助于降低患者足部压疮的发生率,改善患者睡眠状况。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the protective sleeve made of far infrared foot in the prevention of pressure ulcer prevention in patients effects and effects on sleep condition of the patient. Method to meet the inclusion criteria, 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group 40 cases, 40 cases in the observation group. In the control group were treated with conventional skin care, observe patients in addition to conventional use homemade skin care far infrared protective sleeve, the two groups were observed foot pressure ulcer incidence and sleep. Results In the control group, the incidence of pressure ulcers by 20%; observation group pressure ulcer incidence of 7.5%. Sleep during hospitalization patients in the control group did not have any improvement was observed in patients with sleep group in the far infrared protective sleeve after use improved significantly. Conclusions The far infrared protective cover to help reduce the patient"s feet in the incidence of pressure sores, improve sleep condition of the patient.
