      【】目的:提高PICC置管体外长度测量的精确性,提高导管到位的精确度。方法:对200例在B超引导下改良塞丁格技术行肘上PICC导管置入的患者按单双数随机分为对照组和改进组各100例,对照组以肘横纹处为测量起点,采取一字法,测量出PICC导管置入长度;改进组在肘横纹处划一2 cm长的细线,以此为测量的起始点,其余方法同对照组,比较两组PICC导管头端的到位率。结果:改进组导管到位的精确率高于对照组。结论:以肘横纹处体外标记为测量的起始点,结合一字法测量,能提高PICC导管体外测量的准确度,导管头端的到位率进一步的提高。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To improve the accuracy of PICC catheter length measurements in vitro and then enhance accuracy of putting catheter in place.Methods:200 patients using improved Sai Dingge with B ultrasound-guided technique on elbows were divided into control group and improvement group randomly according to the odevity. 100 patients in the control group were measured from elbow stripes with the word method to get the length of PICC catheter; while the other 100 patients in improvement group were drawn 2cm long thin stripes at elbows as starting point to be measured.In the end two methods were compared on rates of PICC catheter end position in place.Result:Improvement Group catheter in place precise rate was higher. Conclusion:In vitro labeled elbow stripes at the starting point of measutrement, can improve the accuracy of PICC in vitro measurements and place the rate of catheter tip.
