      目的 探讨程氏串联游离皮瓣进行阴茎再造术的手术配合流程及其要点。方法 应用回顾性总结方法,对本院2011年11月——2015年5月共计18例应用程氏串联游离皮瓣阴茎再造术的护理配合、器械及设备准备、手术配合流程等资料进行总结。 结果 由于术者、护士密切配合,18例手术均获得成功——皮瓣成活良好,再造阴茎三维形态及感觉维持良好,患者满意度高。结论 手术的成功与仪器管理、术中仪器正确运作、洗手护士器械默契传递、医护密切配合至关重要,高质量的手术配合是手术成功的关键之一。
英文摘要:
      Objective Discuss the operative cooperation process and key points of the Cheng Skin Flap Free Transfer for the Penis Reconstruction. Method Summarize the operative cooperation, operating instruments and medical equipment preparation, and operative cooperation process by analyzing of 18 cases of the Cheng Skin Flap Free Transfer Penile Reconstructive Surgery from November 2011 to May 2015 with retrospective method. Results Contributed to the close cooperation between surgeons and nurses, all of the 18 surgeries were successfully completed—the survival of skin flap, the maintenance of 3D shape, the well sensation of reconstructed penis and the excellent patient satisfaction. Conclusions Successful operations are dependent on proper instruments management, correct instruments operation, tacit instruments transmission by scrub nurses and close cooperation between surgeons and nurses. Highly quality surgical cooperation is one of the key elements to successful surgery.
