      目的：了解老年科护士工作的心理压力来源，工作压力对护理工作及护士本人产生的影响，并在此基础上提出应对措施，以帮助管理层及护士本人正确的认识工作压力，设法减少工作压力，从而提高护士的工作效率及护理质量。 方法：采用问卷调查法，从老年科病房选择30名护士作为调查对象。 结果：临床护士的主要工作压力源依次为：由护理工作环境产生的压力，由护理专业产生的压力，由护理地位产生的压力。 结论：以人为本，对护士定期进行减轻压力的训练，使护士能认识到压力对自己工作的影响，并尽可能的采用适当的方法减轻自己的工作压力。
英文摘要:
      Objective: The report want to understand the main reasons of the psychological pressure particularly on nurses who are working in Geriatrics, furthermore, discuss with the impact on nursing working performance and nurses themselves, and moreover find out the appropriate response and measures. The report refers to help the management nurses themself to understand the working pressure properly, and try to reduce the working pressure, which in order to improve the working efficiency and quality. Methods: This report will use statistical techniques to analysis the raw data from a survey. The respondents from the survey are chosen from 30 nurses working in geriatrics. Results: The working pressures from clinical nurse working in Geriatrics are showing as: working conditions, professional works and social status. Conclusion: The hospital need to follow the method of people-oriented, training the nurses regularly to reduce their working pressure, which can help the nurses to recognize the negative impact from working pressure doing on their working performance, and encourage them using appropriate methods to reduce their working pressure as much as possible.
