      目的：比较盐酸奥布卡因滴眼液和地卡因滴眼液在结膜结石剔除术中的舒适度及其对角膜上皮的影响。方法：用随机、双盲、对照的方法,研究236例的结膜结石患者用盐酸奥布卡因滴眼液和地卡因滴眼液点眼后手术前、术中的疼痛度和角膜上皮脱落、结膜充血情况,考察2种表麻滴眼液的舒适度。结果：点第一滴麻药后,奥布卡因组(以下简称O组)患者疼痛评分低于地卡因组(以下简称D组),两组间差异有显著性(P < 0. 05),OD两组如果再按性别分层,发现两组男性患者疼痛评分差异更为显著,而女性患者疼痛评分差异无统计学意义。术中疼痛评分,O组与D组患者疼痛评分无统计学差异,统计结果按性别分层结果组间差异均无统计学意义。角膜上皮情况：点药后30min、1h、1d和3d分别行角膜荧光素钠染色,OD两组角膜上皮脱落评分均无统计学差异；统计结果按性别分层亦无明显差异。第三次点药后结膜充血评分OD两组无统计学差异；统计结果性别分层也无明显变化。结论：奥布卡因滴眼液的舒适度优于地卡因滴眼液。
英文摘要:
      Objective: The paper is aim to compare the comfort and the influence to corneal epithelium of oxybuprocaine hydrochloride eye drops with tetracaine eye drops in the conjunctival concretion removal surgery. Methods:A double-blind, randomized, controlled clinical trial was conducted on 236 cases suffering from conjunctival concretion to evaluate the pain degree、epithelium breakage of cornea and conjunctival congestion before and during the operation after anesthetizing with these two kinds of eye drops. Result: After the first drop,the pain scores of the oxybuprocaine group(O group) were less than that of the tetracaine group(D group) with the difference being very significant between them (P<0.05), If analyzed by sex, the difference would become more distinct between the women of the two groups,however, no significant between the men. There"s no statistical difference of the pain scores during operation between the O group and D group, whether analyzed by sex,or not. There were no significant difference of epithelium breakage of cornea between the two groups 30min, 1h, 1d and 3d after the treatment. Conclusion:The comfort of oxybuprocaine eye drops is better than that of the tetracaine eye drops.
