      目的:探讨业务学习的人人参与方式在提高ICU护士核心胜任力中的作用。方法:科室每月开展3次业务学习,其中基础理论、专科理论及专科操作各1次。要求每位护士均参与。理论业务学习以低年资护士为主,负责收集病例及病案制作Powerpoint(PPT)及讲解,高年资护士点评把关。利用多媒体软件系统进行操作学习。结果:低年资护士学习及工作的主动性和积极性明显提高;高年资护士的知识也得到了更新。全体护士操作均能过关。结论:人人参与的业务学习方式可以提高ICU护士核心胜任力。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To cultivate the ability of problem finding, solving among nursing staffs via method of vocational study and educational ward-round.Method: A lecture focused on vocational study and educational ward-round was held every month and a vocational training is also delivered to junior nurses simultaneously. Junior nurses are also responsible for cases collection and Power point production, which were reviewed and revised by senior nurses. Power point was used as the tool for training and study. Result:We illustrate that training and study such as vocational study and educational ward-round could lead to inspiration on nursing staffs and facilitate spread of new techniques, nursing progress and experience; and the professional level and research ability of nursing staffs could be improved. Therefore nursing staff’s core competency in ICU clinical nursing could also be promoted.
