      目的 探讨液晶静脉定位仪在提高心内科静脉穿刺中的应用效果。方法 选取复旦大学附属华山医院北院心内科2014年1-6月以传统方法进行浅静脉留置针穿刺(使用前)的273例输液患者为对照组,2014年7-12月使用液晶静脉定位仪进行浅静脉留置针穿刺的265例输液患者,比较这两种穿剌方法的静脉穿剌成功率和静脉穿刺成功所需时间。结果 使用液晶静脉定位仪比传统静脉穿剌的成功率由72.5%提高至85.3%(P＜0.05)；使用液晶静脉定位仪静脉穿刺的时间比传统静脉穿刺所用时间平均缩短2.6分钟(P＜0.05)。结论 使用液晶静脉定位仪进行浅静脉留置针穿刺不但明显提高了静脉穿刺成功率,而且缩短了静脉穿剌时间,提高静脉输液的护理质量与安全。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluated the efficacy and safety of the newly invented LCD Vein locator equipment in vein puncture. Methods We compared the success rate of vein puncture and mean puncture time of two groups in Huashan Hospital North, Fudan University, one with the LCD Vein locator equipment, the other with traditional method. Results There is a significantly statistically difference between two groups (P＜0.05) in success rate and puncture. Conclusion With the use of LCD Vein locator equipment, both the success rate of vein puncture and puncture time are superior to the traditional one. This LCD Vein locator equipment can improve the quality of care and intravenous infusion safety.
