      【摘要】 目的 探讨护理预警干预在神经外科住院患者中预防跌倒的应用效果。方法 分别选取2008年10月至2011年9月及2011年10月至2014年9月两段时期在我院神经外科住院的患者作为干预前后观测对象，前期采取常规预防跌倒措施；后期实施综合性护理预警干预措施。比较护理预警干预前后患者跌倒人数、跌倒率及跌倒损伤等情况。结果 实施护理预警干预后，住院患者跌倒人数分别为5例及2例，跌倒率由2.72‰下降到1.48‰，跌倒损伤率由76.92%下降到33.33%，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 实施护理预警干预能有效降低神经外科住院患者跌倒发生率及损伤率，减少对患者的伤害，促进患者住院安全，避免医疗护理纠纷。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in the prevention of falls among inpatients in department of neurosugery. Methods The patients hospitalized from October 2008 to September 2011 were implemented with routine fall-preventing measures as observation targets before intervention. The patients hospitalized from October 2011 to September 2014 underwent nursing intervention as observation targets after intervention. The number of falls, fall rate and injury of the patients were compared before and after nursing intervention. Results After implementation of nursing intervention, the number of falling inpatients dropped from 5 cases to 2cases, the incidence of falling was decreased by 2.72‰ to 1.48‰ and fall injury rate declined from 76.92% to 33.33% , the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of inpatients" falling and fall injuries, reduce the harm to inpatients, ensure their safety and avoid medical nursing disputes.
