| 摘要：目的 探讨运用无缝隙健康教育对分化型甲状腺癌术后患者进行131I治疗的护理效果。
方法 选择2013年2月至2015年12月在本院住院的200例分化型甲状腺癌术后131I治疗患者，按入院的先后顺序分为2组，每组100例，对照组给予传统的健康教育；观察组根据患者的特点在入院登记准备、停服优甲乐、住院隔离期间（包括服药及防辐射宣教）及出院注意事项这4个阶段，进行针对性全程无缝隙的健康教育。结果 观察组患者对服药前准备、 各阶段的依从性、掌握防辐射知识、并发症处理及总体满意度方面均优于对照组（P<0.05）；并发症的发生率低于对照组（P<0.05），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对分化型甲状腺癌术后进行131I治疗患者实施全程无缝隙健康教育是根据131I治疗的特点制订的有重点、有特色、有专业、操作性强的健康教育形式，有助于患者的依从性，提高患者对疾病的自我管理，减少对放射性治疗的恐惧，进一步确保防辐射的安全管理。

| Objective: To investigate the nursing efficacy of the whole health education on patients using 131I with differentiated thyroid cancer after surgery. Method: Two hundred cases of using 131I therapy after surgery of thyroid cancer were enrolled, divided equally into two groups according to their hospitalized order during Feb. 2013 to Dec. 2015. The control group were given traditional health education while the observation group were given whole health education both in the following periods: preparation of register, terminated the use of euthyrox, hospitalization time (including the use of medicine and the education of radiation protection) as well as discharged from the hospital based on their own characteristics. Result: Compared to the control group, patients in observation group behaved better both in the preparation before given 131I treatment, compliance at each stage, mastering the knowledge of radiation protection, managing the complication as well as total satisfaction(P<0.05); The incidence rate of complication also lower than that of control group(P<0.05), differences were statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of whole health education on patients with differentiated thyroid cancer after surgery is a healthy education form based on the 131I treatment characteristics. It will definitely contribute to the patients compliance, self-management of disease, reducing their fear of radiation therapy, further make sure the safety management of radiation resistant. It is proved to be a worthy application. |
