      【目的】总结爆竹爆炸致眼外伤的临床护理要点。【方法】对因爆竹爆炸致眼外伤的36例患者的临床资料及护理方法进行回顾性总结分析。包括其特点、眼部损伤情况等，针对不同的伤情采取不同的临床处理方式，进行围术期的精心护理。【结果】所有患者及家属均能够积极配合检查和治疗，36例患者经过有效的治疗和精心的护理，均痊愈或好转出院，患者的视力均有不同程度的提高。【结论】正确、及时、高效的治疗和护理工作对眼外伤患者的康复起着举足轻重的作用，从而尽快达到治疗效果，使患者早日康复。
英文摘要:
      [Objective] To study the nursing care measures on the patients with ocular trauma caused by setting off firecrackers. [Method] The clinical data (including characteristics and degree of the injury, etc.) and clinical treatment methods of 36 patients with ocular trauma caused by firecrackers explosion were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Different clinical treatment methods and nursing care methods were adopted according to patients’ different conditions. [Result] All patients and their families were able to actively cooperate with the inspection and treatment. After effective treatment and careful nursing, 36 patients were cured and discharged from the hospital. Patients’ visual acuities were improved. [Conclusion] Correct, timely and effective clinical treatment and nursing care work play important roles in the rehabilitation of patients with ocular trauma. It can achieve the treatment effect as soon as possible, and accelerate the recovery of patients.
