      【】目的:探讨急诊护士同情心疲乏的水平及一个自我关爱教育课程是否有利于急诊护士应对同情心疲乏。 方法:采用一般情况调查表,职业生活质量量表,教育课程评价表,对上海市第一人民医院急诊科50名护士进行调查。结果:急诊87.5%的护士同情心满足的水平在中等及高水平;所有的护士都存在中等水平到高水平的同情心疲乏和继发性创伤应激;29.2%的护士存在高水平的同情心疲乏,91.7%的护士存在高水平的继发性创伤应激。98%的护士认为自我关爱的教育项目对他们是有帮助的。结论:急诊护士的同情心疲乏处在比较高的水平,通过自我关爱的教育课程加强急诊护士对同情心疲乏的认识以及应对的能力。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the status of compassion fatigue among emergency department nurses, and evaluate a self-care education program designed to educate emergency department nurses about how to address compassion fatigue. Method A total of 50 emergency department nurses were investigate by using a self-designed demographic questionnaire, the Professional quality of life scale( Pro QOL) and a self-designed program evaluation form. Results Average to high compassion satisfaction was reported by 87.5% of respondents, while all participants reported average to high burnout and average to high secondary trauma stress. High burnout was reported by 29.2% of participants and high secondary trauma by 91.7% of participants. 98% of participants considered that the education program was helpful. Conclusion Compassion fatigue among emergency department nurses is at a high level, and it is a critical problem that need to be handled. Through the education program, nurses can improve their understanding of compassion fatigue and also can learn self-care skills which can be used to cope with compassion fatigue.
