| 目的 了解精神科专科护士资格认证的资质要求及培训需求,探讨精神科专科护士培训对其核心能力与科研能力的影响,了解精神科专科护士的培训效果,以期为提高精神科专科护士的培训质量提供经验,为完善精神科专科护士队伍建设提供依据。方法 采用问卷调查法,对参加中华护理学会第五届精神科专科护士培训的学员108名进行了培训需求、核心能力及科研能力调查。结果 50%学员认为精神科专科护士培训时间应为2-3个月,77%的学员认为精神科专科护士学员学历应为大专及以上,75%的学员认为精神科专科护士学员职称为护师以上,工作年限为5年,对于精神科专科护士具备的能力排序从高到低为：临床护理能力、沟通交流能力、评判性思维能力、管理能力、教学能力、科研能力、专业发展能力。精神科专科护士对于精神科危机预防、识别、处理,精神科心理治疗、干预及护理,沟通技巧,精神科康复治疗及护理等理论内容需求较高,对于新技术、新业务,护理教学技能,护理查房等临床实践内容需求较高。培训后护士的核心能力及科研能力总分明显高于培训前,其差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 精神科专科培训应通过科学设定培训内容、优选培训人员、精心设置培训方式、合理安排培训时间及内容,不断提高精神科专科护士培训的效果。 |

| The survey of Psychiatric specialist nurses’ qualification requirements and training needs

Abstract: Objective To understand psychiatric specialist nurse certification qualification requirements and training needs, to explore psychiatric specialist nurse training on its core competence and scientific research ability, understand the training effect of psychiatric specialist nurses, in order to improve the quality of the psychiatric specialist nurse training, provide experience, provide the basis for perfecting psychiatric specialist nurse team building.Methods By random questionnaire, to investigate 108 students from the fifth psychiatric specialist nurse training of Chinese nursing association, the content including general information, ideas about psychiatric specialist nurse qualification, training content and needs about theory and clinical practice. Results 50% of students think training time is 2-3 months, 77% of students think students’ education should be college degree and above, 75% of students think technical title is nurse practitioner and above, work experience for five years and above. the ability of nurses should have from high to low is: the clinical nursing ability, communication skills, critical thinking ability, management ability, teaching ability, research ability, professional development ability. The higher theoretical content needs of Psychiatric specialist nurses are psychiatric crisis prevention, identification, handling, psychiatric therapy and nursing intervention, communication skills, and psychiatric rehabilitation treatment and nursing . The higher clinical practice demands are the new technology, business, nursing teaching skills, nursing round and so on. After training nurses' core ability and scientific research ability score significantly higher than before the training, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychiatric specialist training should be set through the scientific training content, optimize training teachers, set the training mode carefully, arrange reasonable training time and content, differential treatment for different levels nurses, to improve the effect of the psychiatric specialist nurse training.
