      【】 目的 探讨减少骨科全麻俯卧位患者术后的眼部不适症状及并发症的方法。方法 选取2014年7月-2015年7月在上海市中医药大学附属普陀医院择期行全麻下骨科腰椎和踝关节手术俯卧位的患者200例。采用方便抽样法分为实验组和对照组各100例。对照组于全麻后以适量氧氟沙星眼药膏均匀涂于患者的眼角膜,将患者上下眼睑闭合。再用无菌小方纱布盖于眼睑上,用宽绷带缠绕。实验组于全麻后将患者眼睑闭合,用自制的护眼膏经纱布棉纸包裹后敷于双眼,再用宽绷带缠绕。术后24小时观察两组患者眼睛不适症状(眼睛疼痛,红肿,畏光,眼睛模糊)的发生率。结果 实验组眼睛不适症状发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)结论 采用中药眼膏护理有助于减少眼部不适症状的发生率,提高手术护理质量。

      【】Objective To discussSthe method to reduce the postoperative discomfort symptoms and complications of general anesthesia patients with prone position in orthopaedics surgery. Methods From January to June, 2014 in Putuo Hospital of Shanghai TCM Univercity, 100 patients underwent lumbar and ankle surgery with prone position by general anesthesia in orthopedic surgery were selected. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and 50 cases in each group. After gerneral anesthesia the patients in the control group were applied with an appropriate amount of ofloxacin ointment, and evenly applied to corneas, patients’ upper and lower eyelids were closed. Then small square sterile gauze was covered to the upper eyelid with a wide bandage. After gerneral anesthesia the patients in the experimental group their eyelid were closed with homemade ointment used after gauze wrapped, then used with a wide bandage. After 24 hours two groups were observed by eye symptoms (eye pain, redness, photophobia, blurred eyes) incidence. Results The eye symptoms were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) Conclusion Herbal ointment treatment helps reducing the incidence of eye symptoms and improve the quality of surgical care.
